Yes, absolutely. Every fragrance sold on ScentYes is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised suppliers and importers of genuine Arabian and Middle Eastern perfume houses. We do not stock imitations, duplicates, or inspired versions. What you order is exactly what you receive.

Our fragrances are sourced from established Arabian perfume houses based in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman — regions known for centuries of oud, musk, and attar craftsmanship. We work with authorised distributors who import directly from these houses to ensure every bottle is genuine, sealed, and batch-verified.

All our products ship in original sealed packaging with manufacturer labels, batch codes, and holograms where applicable. If you have any concerns about authenticity upon receiving your order, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will verify it with our supplier.

If you're new to the world of Arabian perfumery, we recommend starting with a lighter oud-rose or oud-musk blend rather than a raw oud oil, which can be very intense. Look for EDPs with woody-amber or floral-oud - they're more wearable for everyday use and offer a beautiful introduction to the genre.

Arabian fragrances are known for their exceptional longevity. Concentrated attars and oud oils typically last 8–16 hours or more. EDPs from Arabian houses generally last longer than their Western counterparts because of higher fragrance oil concentrations and the use of fixatives like amber, musk, and resin. Applying on pulse points and moisturised skin enhances longevity further.

Not at - many Arabian fragrances are perfectly suited for daily wear. We carry a range of light florals, clean musks, and fresh oud blends that are office and summer-appropriate. Heavier oud and bakhoor products are typically reserved for evenings or special occasions. Our product descriptions will always indicate the occasion suitability.

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number. We process orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible.

COD availability depends on your delivery PIN code and order value. Where available, it will appear as an option at checkout. Please note that COD orders may take slightly longer to process.

Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi) typically receive orders in 2–4 business days. Remote or hilly areas may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

Orders are packed securely in tamper-proof boxes. The outer packaging will show ScentYes as the sender. The original brand box of the perfume is inside, intact and sealed.

Yes. We ship fragrances fully compliant with Indian courier regulations. Perfumes are classified as flammable liquids and are shipped via surface-mode courier for safety. This is standard practice and ensures your order arrives intact and in full compliance with shipping guidelines. Air shipping of perfumes is restricted by most carriers, which is why delivery may take a few additional days compared to regular parcels.

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes and fragrance products,all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, scent dislike, or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to read fragrance descriptions carefully and reach out to us before ordering if you need guidance.

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photograph of the product and outer packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be processed.

Unfortunately, no. Scent preference is deeply personal and subjective, and we cannot accept returns on this basis.
