Welcome to ScentYes ("we", "us", "our"), an online fragrance store operated under Indian law. By accessing our website at scentyes.com and placing an order, you ("customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All prices displayed on ScentYes are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable under Indian tax law.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging and bottle design may vary slightly due to supplier updates or batches.
• We make every effort to accurately describe fragrance notes and character, but scent perception is subjective and may vary between individuals.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

Placing an order on ScentYes constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us.

• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other methods available at checkout.
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card or payment details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please retry or contact your bank before reaching out to us.
• Order cancellation by the customer is only possible before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Once an order is dispatched, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. However, we will assist in raising disputes with the courier if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
• Delivery to remote PIN codes may take longer. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or public holidays.
• Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, fragrance notes, and concentration details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about a fragrance, please contact us before purchasing.

Exceptions — we will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
• The product arrived damaged or broken due to transit mishandling.
• The product is expired or tampered upon delivery.

To raise such a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear photograph of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or personal dislike of a fragrance, as these are subjective experiences outside our control.

When you place an order or create an account, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except our payment gateway and shipping partners as required to complete your order.
• Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
• We comply with applicable Indian data protection regulations.

All content on this website — including the ScentYes brand name, logo, product descriptions, imagery, and website design — is the exclusive property of ScentYes and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
• Unauthorised use of our brand assets or content may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScentYes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to:

• Adverse reactions or skin sensitivities to fragrances.
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party courier services.
• Loss of data or access resulting from website downtime or technical issues.
• Any events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
