1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 2–7 business days. Remote or tier-3 locations may take up to 10 days. Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, or courier disruptions. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is unserviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Prepaid (Recommended) Pay the full order amount online at checkout via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or wallets. Prepaid orders receive priority processing and faster dispatch.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) A partial advance is collected online at checkout to confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt. The advance amount is displayed clearly before you confirm the order and is non-refundable in the event of unjustified delivery refusal.
5. COD REFUSAL POLICY
Refusing a COD delivery without prior cancellation is not permitted. Repeated refusals may result in COD being permanently blocked for your account. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before the delivery attempt.
6. PACKAGING & DAMAGED ORDERS
All fragrances are carefully packed in protective packaging to minimise breakage or leakage during transit.
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or broken parcel, please record a video while opening the package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- After dispatch: Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return as per our Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.
8. TRACKING
A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.
